Michael Dwyer has spent most of his life in northern California from grade school to starting his own business. Much of his youth was spent on the baseball diamond, running around with his buddies, and generally having a good time. After graduating Cal State University Chico, he embarked on several opportunities from a sports store manager to salesman in the electrical industry. Not being fully satisfied with his direction, he settled in or better stated settled on the financial services industry. Little did he know how stimulating and challenging the business would be! From the daily motivation of earning a living, to a lifelong learning challenge, and to many of the great relationships made along the way including a business partner that has lasted longer than most marriages – the industry has been and will continue to be an amazing ride. To fully complete the circle, he has been married to Monica an amazing woman and flight attendant for 22 years and has two kids Siena attending U.C. Davis and Nico fast approaching high school graduation.

Evan Williams is a Northern California native (by way of Southern California).  An old soul evident throughout his younger years, he started both his career and family life early entering college at 17 and marrying the love of his life in his early 20’s.  Ahead of the curve in many areas including fashion, music, and personal expression, his moment of clarity was when he realized that he was most happy celebrating his unique qualities and expressing them throughout various aspects of his life; thereby embracing his true self.

Recognizing his entrepreneurial drive, he strove to achieve his goal of owning his own business.  He was introduced to the world of insurance which interestingly opened his eyes to concepts that resonated deeply within him.  

He subsequently changed his college concentration focus from finance to risk management & insurance and embarked upon a career that is in the same field as his bachelor’s degree, which he obtained from California State University, Sacramento.

Evan is a planner by nature, sometimes too analytical for his own good, and fiercely loyal even to a fault.  He enjoys fostering relationships with his clients while meeting their needs and helping them to achieve their unique goals.  Along the way he gets to work with his amazing friend & business partner and is very fortunate to truly love what he does on a daily basis.
